HOW DO I AN ORDER?
Browse our products, select your desired item, choose size and color, then click 'Add to Cart'. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete the payment.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders above ₹500.
HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery (1-3 days) is available for select pin codes at an additional cost.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 14-days return and exchange policy. If you are receiving any damaged or defective products, and if you did not like color and the size does not fit you properly, we offer our clients with an option to exchange the products purchased by them. Please contact us within 24-48 hrs. so we will re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 7-14 working days from the date of delivery of the product. Additionally, we offer our clients an option to exchange the product purchased by you with other size or color sold on the website by us. The items should be unused, unaltered condition, re-saleable and returned with their tags and original packaging.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can visit our tracking page through 'My Orders' section in your account.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Each product page has a detailed size chart. Kindly go through the size chat and if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED?
After placing your order, within the next 24-48 hrs. your order will be shipped. If by chance there would be any delay we'll update you regarding the delay of your order.
