CONSCIOUS PACKING: WHY YOUR CLOTCH ORDER ARRIVES IN BLACK MAILERS?

A quick look behind the scenes at how we package our garments, and why standard plastic polybags had no place in our vision.

When we first started mapping out the journey for THE HOUSE OF क्लॉच, we spent months obsessing over fabric weights, colors, designs, stitch counts, and collar structures. But the moment we looked at the final product samples resting inside standard plastic polybags, something felt entirely wrong. It made no sense to pour so much love into creating premium, natural-feeling clothes only to wrap them in petroleum-based plastic that would sit in an Indian landfill for the next five hundred years.

That’s why we took a hard turn and started looking for the best possible solutions. After alot of research we finally decided to join hands with ECOMANIA. Who supported us in our initiative of nature friendly packing solutions.

At THE HOUSE OF क्लॉच beyond luxury we are committed to an eco-friendly future, actively minimizing plastic usage in our supply chain. To support our initiative we've partnered with who make eco-friendly packing solutions.

We've chosen 100% eco friendly packing mailers which are made up of
- Plant based materials and dyes
- 100% plastic free
- Biodegradable
- Compostable
- Water Resistant
- Eco friendly & sustainable
- Non toxic

We support and, aim to reduce & replace plastic usage so that we can protect our nature and wild animals. Every single garment that leaves our facility is packed and shipped in 100% eco-friendly, plant-based mailers. They are completely biodegradable and compostable. If you break them down, they return to the earth without leaving toxic microplastics behind.

We know that a single clothing brand cannot fix global pollution overnight. But as a new voice in the Indian D2C space, we refuse to contribute to the problem. When you invest in a piece from us, you aren't just upgrading your style—you are supporting an active choice to keep our environment a little cleaner and greener. When your package arrives, don't throw the mailer in the plastic bin; let it compost, or recycle it knowing it won't harm the nature we all share.
